Our Venue requires the services of a Gaming Champion.

Ideally the candidate would be someone who could provide effective leadership of the venue's gaming brand, culture and of customer service. You would also need to have similar experience in the Hospitality Industry.
Additional to the role, there are the regular responsibilities which would include the following.
Compliance with gaming authorities and company procedures
Customer Service Excellence
Implementation of gaming brand and venue service standards to match target market
Measurement and monitoring of service standards.
